Sweet from caramelised onions, savoury from a rich beef stock. Sealed in with a Gruyere Cheese Crouton.

Tempura style crayfish tails popcorn, with a chilli & garlic aioli, served in a gem lettuce cup.

Sweet Fig & Walnut Salad (gf, v)

Rosemary roasted fig and walnut crumb salad, with roasted goats cheese & a sweet honey dressing.

Baked Camembert for 2 to share (v, gf)

Baked French Camembert studded with garlic, baked bread, beetroot ketchup, roasted shallot purée, house chutney for two to share.

Fresh heirloom tomatoes joined together with Mozzerella cheese and pea shoots lashed in basil infused olive oil.

Delicate Pâte Feuilleté or ‘puf pastry’ layered to sandwich a raspberry custard filling. join by fresh raspberries and cream.

A vegetarian sausage made of Welsh Cheese and Leeks with fondant potato, braised beets and a lush port sauce.

Pan Roasted Chicken Breast (gf)

Accompanied with truffled chicken sausage, leek and potato purée, and a tarragon cream sauce. Topped with
crispy chicken skin.

Porchetta (gf)

Fillet of locally reared pork porchetta, sage, lemon and garlic stuf ing, wrapped in smoked bacon, along with a caramelised apple purée, fondant potato, red wine jus & crisp pork crackling.
